Exceptions to these restrictions will be made on a case-by-case basis based on special circumstances and/or prior approval by leadership.

Restricted points of entry are in place at our Thomas Memorial and Saint Francis Hospital locations.

Emergency Department – Open 24/7
Pavilion Entrance – Open 7 Days a Week, 5:30 am until 6:00 pm
Thomas Wing – Open Monday through Friday, 5:30 am until 6:00 pm

Saint Francis Hospital
Saint Francis First – Open 7 Days a Week, 5:30 am until 6:00 pm
Saint Francis Main Entrance – Open Monday through Friday, 5:30 am until 6:00 pm
One Day Surgery – Open Monday through Friday, 5:30 am until 6:00 pm

Labor and Delivery
Visiting hours are from 12pm – 6pm, or at staff discretion. Surgical grade masks, or above, must be worn at all times.

– One additional visitor per day

– No sibling visitation at this time

NICU
Visiting hours are from 10am – 6pm, and 8pm – 12am. Surgical grade masks, or above, must be worn at all times.

– Both parents or one parent and one grandparent at a time

If you are immunocompromised or otherwise high risk, regardless of vaccine status, masking is recommended throughout the facility

Mask – Hospital-issued isolation mask. Gators and cloth masks are not acceptable under any circumstances where a mask is required.

Public Areas – Cafeteria, outpatient hallways, gift shop, Café 46, outpatient waiting rooms, etc.

Patient Care Areas – Inpatient hallways, inpatient elevators, any area where inadvertent prolonged contact with a patient is likely

Caregiver – A caregiver is someone who provides care to people that need some degree of ongoing assistance with activities of daily living, as well as assists with maintaining patient safety

Direct Patient Care Areas – Hospital patient room, doctor’s exam room, physical therapy, procedure rooms, imaging room, emergency department – any area where there will be direct interaction with a patient

PUI and COVID-19 + Patients – Any patient being evaluated for or diagnosed with COVID-19

Isolation Mask – Personal or hospital-issued surgical/procedural mask

N95 Mask – Mask that filters out 95% of particulate matter

Eye Protection – Protective goggles or a face shield

Up-to-date with COVID Vaccination – A person has received all recommended doses in their primary series of COVID-19 vaccine and a booster dose when eligible.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria hours are Monday – Friday, from 7 am to 9 am for breakfast and 11 am to 2 pm for lunch.

Cafe 46 at Thomas Memorial Hospital

Cafe ’46, in the former Starbucks location at Thomas Memorial, is now open!! They Serve Starbucks brand coffee, yummy treats & all the delicious things in life. Their hours are Monday – Friday, from 7 am to 2 pm.

Gift Shops

Whether you want something special to give to a patient, or just looking for a unique item for yourself, our gift shops can help.
Our Gift Shops accept telephone orders for gift items to be delivered to patients. Just call one of our gift shops and a volunteer will be happy to suggest an appropriate gift in your price range. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

  • The Thomas Wing Gift Shop hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • The Thomas Memorial Pavilion Gift Shop is open Monday and Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • The Saint Francis Hospital Gift shop hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
